CHILLIN' ON THE DECK

It was such a nice, cool fall day we decided to sit out on the deck for a while and enjoy the scenery.....when look what roamed in our backyard from the pasture behind us.

I know what your thinking.  It's just a cow. But, when your not expecting to see it, and it's so close on top of that.  Well, it took me by surprise.  I, usually, see them all from a distance.  It was kind of neat.  I think I may want a cow now.

Oh! We had lot's to bark at about that cow. I mean we, clearly, marked our territory and that big ole cow just ignored it. How dare he. It's bad enough we have to share the yard with the deer, but a cow. I should think not.

WHOAH! A COW! you're so lucky! i have a fairy deer-mother who leaves me jelly beans in exchange for my poopies - but dad says i can't eat them. never have seen my fairy deer-mother in person - just in pictures.

as far as cows - they don't make it into our yard from the farm next to our neighborhood. i always hear them and i try to invite them over, but mom and dad keep telling me to use my inside voice - so i don't think they hear me. just wait til next time dad takes me for a walk... =)
